I always receive excellent service from Smog Mart, Sacramento team. They are professional, customer oriented, personable, patient in explaining any work that is recommended or needs to be done & provided me options, not a long wait time for work to be completed. Thank you, Smog Mart, Sacramento team, for keeping me safe. 🙏

The team at Smog Mart were very honest and professional. I have an older vehicle that failed it's smog inspection. Smog Mart explained the problem to me and didn't try to sell me parts and repairs that were unnecessary. My vehicle passed on the re-inspection. Thank you Smog Mart! I would recommend them.

This shop is amazing, hands down. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. The attention and care taken by the guys at the desk and the technicians is unmatched. They make sure you have the full picture with what is going on with your vehicle and that you understand all the ways the issues can be remedied. They don't try to upsell anything and they won't do recommended repairs just for their sake and they will honestly tell you if nothing is wrong with the vehicle. I've always been leery taking my vehicle to a shop but after finding Hamza at this Smog Mart, I will be a customer for life. If you're looking for a honest, trustworthy, reasonably priced repair shop, this is your place.

Friendly service. Brought my car in for brake replacement. The brakes were inspected and I was given a review of what they found along with tthier suggestions for what should be done. Once I agreed the repairs were done within a few hours. Very happy with repairs and customer service. Would go back to smog mart if I need service on my car.

Smog Mark have really help, they were honest and if they were in doubt staff will let you know . They are kind patient with all customer. I seen for my self while waiting to be help. Staff is kind helpful respectful at all time. You have to patient with them as well all l will say be patient as well we all get upset when the cars get sick then we started thinking what is going on. I was I upset stressing . When employees they call me knowing I was very upset. Talk to me with a lot respect. All they said to to find out the problem and let you know can wait on theo lobby or leave they will call you back or you call . What Like tell you guess price how much the cost is or loan that they have you can put a down payment for a few months. Then you can make monthly payment that will come out of you bank account. you must put a down payment on the car before they can work on your car I recommend Smog Mark . I went to the on in Sacramento California on Stockton . Which is close to me. Like staff is very respectful to all. They staff get along with each other. What you do see behind close doors just get your car fix what I have seen every one on staff get work together very well.
